During this phase, I work with sketches, mood boards, and material samples to flesh out initial product ideas. Often, it's small details—a particular wood grain, the texture of a leaf, or the lines of an urban space—that ignite the creative spark.

The selected idea is refined and translated into concrete designs. Functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability play a central role. I examine how the idea can be realized using innovative materials and technologies. This is how an initial idea is transformed into a well-thought-out and unique product.
My passion for craftsmanship and design flows into this phase. This way, every idea becomes not just a design, but also a piece of history—a piece that combines function, aesthetics, and sustainability.

The choice of materials
All materials are carefully selected and meticulously processed. Sustainability is our top priority. Solid wood, stainless steel, and bioplastics combined with craftsmanship and state-of-the-art manufacturing processes form the basis for high-quality and sustainable design products. I consciously choose wood from responsible forestry, bioplastics made from plant starch, and ecologically certified oils. These materials guarantee durability, quality, and a minimal ecological footprint.

My passion for craftsmanship and design is particularly evident during this phase. In my model-making workshop, I create initial prototypes with great care and attention to detail. I experiment with shapes, materials, and functions to optimize the product and develop possible improvements for later series production.

The testing phase and optimization
The prototypes are first tested in real-life application situations. We carefully examine each product for functionality, aesthetics, and durability. It must meet all requirements, blend harmoniously into various living and working environments, and demonstrate robustness and longevity.
Based on the feedback, I optimize design and production until the product meets all quality requirements.
From prototype to series
Market readiness and production
Once the design is perfected, we move on to series production—a step that is carried out with just as much care as the development phase. We deliberately manufacture our products in small, sustainable batches to conserve resources and avoid overproduction.
We work closely with selected partner companies that share our values and guarantee the highest quality standards. Every production step is closely monitored to ensure the high quality our customers expect is maintained throughout.
