Delivery within Germany and to Austria

Within Germany, vaseboard® ships free of charge with DHL (in individual cases, other shipping service providers may be chosen, e.g., DPD, UPS).

Using shipment tracking, it is possible to request delivery at a different time or to forward the shipment to a neighbor, a local post office, or a DHL store for self-collection.

International Shipping

At Vaseboard, you can pay with Visa, PayPal, Maestro, American Express, Klarna, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Payments, Sofortüberweisung (instant transfer), Shopify Pay, or a Vaseboard gift voucher.

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:

Installment Purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can flexibly pay for your purchase in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least EUR 6.95) or under the other conditions specified at checkout. Installment payments are due at the end of the month after Klarna sends a monthly invoice. 3. Sofort: Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.
4. Direct Debit: The debit will be made after the goods are dispatched. You will be informed of the date by e-mail.

The use of payment methods such as invoice, installment purchase, and direct debit requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for address and creditworthiness checks as part of the initiation and processing of the purchase contract.
